As minhas últimas estadias aí não foram boas. Na vez passada atendimento ruim, e nessa vez fomos postos em um apartamento com muito barulho no ar-condicionado e do lado do elevador. Pedi mudança e nos deram um novo apartamento ainda pior no décimo nono andar, ao lado do elevador novamente, um apartamento menor e o barulho que vinha do elevador entrava pelo duto do ar condicionado, prejudicando nosso sono. Devido a essas duas experiências ruins estou repensando se sigo me hospedando nesse hotel. Aguardo um retorno.

I would not recommend this hotel. The reviews made it seem like a reasonable option for the price, but my experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the internet, which was extremely poor and unreliable. In a city like Brasília, where many guests travel for business, good internet is essential. The room had several practical problems. There was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, and most of the electrical outlets did not work—only one outlet in the entire room was functional. The room also had a large family-size refrigerator that was completely empty, while the television was no larger than a small computer monitor. The facilities feel outdated. The furniture is old, the walls need painting, and the bathroom needs renovation. Even the sink was unusually small and felt out of place for a hotel in Brazil. On the positive side, the room and bathroom were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, cleanliness and good service were not enough to make up for the poor internet, lack of working outlets, and outdated facilities. I would not stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for the final night of our honeymoon and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating! I mentioned that it was our honeymoon during our travel confirmation and they surprised us with a really thoughtful gift and card that we will forever cherish. We were pretty tired from the long travel so we ordered room service and it was exquisite! The rooms were spacious, clean and the hotel is in a great area! I highly recommend Melia Brasil 21!
