"No response received. Tried to give 48 hours notice of cancellation (within 24 hrs of purchase) and yet have been charged for the full amount of 3 nights with breakfast. Paid for taxes and breakfasts that I did not even have and refused to give any refunds, saying that it is all non-refundable. Use taxes should also be applicable to hotels, not just airlines."
"The bed was good, it was Nice and Quist. They have a lot of Security, so you feel safe. You have to lock on to internet every hour. I liked the programs on the television. They have a restaurant and a balcony. "
"Of the 6 days i stayed, there was bo running water in the taps on 3 mornings. WiFi in the room was very bad. No eggs availabel for breakfast. A/c didn’t work one night and the hotel couldn't provide any fan. Terrible on all fronts. AVOID.

Réservation donc payement d'une chambre "supérieure" et on vous donne une chambre très bas de gamme, sans compté les cafards, draps déchirés etc.... petits déjeuné insignifiants, connexion internet défaillante et la majorité du personnel pas sympathique du tout... Je vous suggère de retiré cette référence de votre plateforme car il ne mérite pas d'être sélectionné...."
