"The hotel was clean, safe, easy to reach via subway. It is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of dining options and sightseeing within a short walking distance. A great place to stay just outside of the bustle of the city. "
"An easy and convenient stay for a traveling couple. A quieter and more local neighborhood to come back to after a day in the bustle of central Tokyo. Near good local shops for food purchase and dining. An easy walk from the station. "
"Room was nice and clean but didn’t anticipate the room to be small. Staff helpful and professional. Hotel is a 2 minute walk from train station. Area around hotel is more business/industrial area. No real shopping areas. "
"We loved our stay here! The room is so spacious, have a kitchen but we only used the microwave and fridge during our stay. Close to airport bus terminal and train station. "

"This hotel is the best! I can walk or ride the train to anywhere! I absolutely love this location! On cool evenings I can walk to Team Lab or Kid Zania and Lalaport is beautiful to walk or go for a jog! Everyone jogs in this neighborhood! The parks are beautiful! "
"We stayed 5 nights here with our 2 young children and we could not be happier. All the staff knew us and they were always so friendly and gave our children so much attention.
Their breakfast buffet is to die for. Best hotel breakfast buffet we’ve ever experienced. They have so many drink options with variety of coffees and teas, juices, smoothies, Japanese drinks, and more. They have dried fruits and nuts, fresh honey straight off a honeycomb, fresh hot pancakes, different syrups and jams, bakery items, etc. I can go on.
We stayed in a larger corner room with 2 twins that we could squish together to make a king, which was perfect for us. The bedding was so thick and fluffy. They also provided a crib for our baby. The bathroom had 2 sinks and tons of counter space and shelves.
We have been spoiled at this hotel and we miss it so much! We are now in a different hotel in Kyoto that we paid more per night for and it is nowhere near as good. Even with their luxury room, there is no counter space in the bathroom, the bedding is extremely thin, the breakfast is so much worse , and they charge you for every little thing. At this Premier Hotel in Tokyo, we were not charged extra for a crib or breakfasts for our children (5 &1), and our room fridge was restocked daily.
World class service and hotel! We will be back for sure!!"
"The Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie is one of the best places I've stayed in a while. The hotel is easy to get to from Haneda Airport. The staff was so wonderful and helpful; they would accommodate most any request we made. The hotel's amenities were amazing as well. They offer a great buffet breakfast every morning. There is a laundry service on the second floor. They also have a Family Mart in the hotel, whose staff is also very helpful. The hotel is literally just two stops away from Disneyland, it's two stops from Tokyo Station, and the train is just across the street. On top of the hotel being amazing, there are great food options nearby and even a grocery store across the street. I would really recommend this place if you enjoy a quiet location that isn't too crowded."
"The hotel is right across from the famous Tsukiji market where you can find and eat the all the Japanese delicacies you’ve seen on YouTube. Also 20 meters from the hotel is a ramen shop and a restaurant. There’s also a family mart and a Sukiya nearby. The Ginza shopping district is walkable but I suggest taking an Uber or a cab (download Taxi Go app) after shopping. The staff were friendly and the rooms are spacious for a Japanese hotel. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The free breakfast is so worth it to get your day started. I highly recommend this place!"
"This is a really well-located hotel in an area that is well-planned, clean, convenient, with please of open spaces and views of Tokyo bay and connected waterways. Biking is a real treat. "
