"I'm not the kind of person to leave 5 stars for a largely uneventful stay. I found the staff, breakfast, and facilities to be exellent, just as the photos displayed them. They are very accommodating, and I just love it here. Had it not been for my partner, I'd have spent several days lying around doing nothing :p. Prices are high, the tourists are often weird, snobby, cold, or downright rude - but this is inescapable these days. You ABSOLUTELY get what you paid for at this location. The commute is long to the hipper places in the city, but for a disabled person who uses a lot of cabs to get by, it hardly matters! Plus, I drive that distance in the US on a daily basis and I dont get to peacefully read the entire time. Beds are extremely comfy with awesome pillows & blankets. Storage is plentiful for tokyo. They take great pride in this spot, and they should. I love it and I am sad to leave. The Tide Table employees in particular are sweet and pleasant! I hope they stay this good forever! "

"We stayed at KOKO HOTEL Tsukiji Ginza for 6 nights during our trip to Tokyo. The location was a big plus—very close to Ginza and centrally located, which made it easy to get around the city. The room itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely friendly. They were especially helpful in assisting us with shipping our luggage to our next hotel in Osaka, which made traveling much easier. The hotel amenities were also good, including the restrooms on the second floor. The biggest downside was the room size. For three people, it felt extremely cramped—there was no closet or drawers, and the bathroom was very small. At times, it honestly felt like we were camping in a motorhome. We chose this hotel partly for its proximity to Tsukiji Outer Market, which was convenient, but be aware that many of the vendors there charge noticeably higher, tourist-level prices. Overall, it’s a good option if location and cleanliness are your top priorities, but be prepared for very limited space if you’re traveling with more than two people."

"Spent 3 nights here. Room was big and very clean. Had a great view of Tsukijigawa Park. Staff were helpful. The only issue I had was the TV. Sometimes I had problems connecting to YouTube. Other than that, I had a great stay. "

"Loved this hotel. Staff and amenities were perfect for our one night before a cruise. Breakfast was fresh, but would have liked better western bread and egg options.Too much white, sweet bread. Egg dishes were not cooked properly and lacked flavor. Next time we will try their breakfast pizzas. Coffee drinks were very good."

Despite being on the 5th floor facing the intersection, the noise from the street was surprisingly muted – much quieter than some reviews suggested. While some guests mentioned the staff being indifferent or not engaging in small talk, it's important to understand that this is typical of Japanese service, which tends to be more formal and reserved. The hotel is conveniently located near Kachidoki Station, with bus access to Tokyo Station and Ginza. Both the Oedo Line and metro services in the area are great, as they’re rarely crowded."
