RESEVA CONFIRMADA PERO INEXISTENTE Y ADEMAS PAGA

HORRIBLE ME FUE CON EL HOTEL PORQUE HICE LA RESERVA LLLA ABONE POR HOTELES.COM Y CUANDO LLEGUÉ EL HOTEL PANTANAL INN NO TRABAJABA CON HOTELES.COM DESDE HACE 1 AÑO Y MEDIO.ASÍ QUE TILDADO GPS LOS CELU SIN BATERIA Y EN MEDIO DE LA NOCHE TUVIMOS QUE LOCALIZAR OTRO HOTEL (TODOS LLENOS) PORQUE LOS u$u 60 QUE ABONAMOS POR LA WEB A HOTELES.COM. ERA UNA MENTIRA. NUNCA MAS LO USARÉ PARA RESERVAR EL HOTEL, TENGO CONFIRMADA LA RESERVA CON SU DEBIDO NUMERO Y DEBÍ PAGAR UN NUEVO HOTEL.UN DESASTRE. MUY ENOJADA CON HOTELES.COM. UNA ESTAFA QUE NI EL REEMBOLSO ME ALCANZARÁ PARA VOLVER A CONTRATAR POR AHI.

Located in a good area. The staff were very helpful at check in and getting us a taxi at 3am when we left for the airport. The outdoor area with swimming pool was a lovely place to relax. We definitely recommend this hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel! Did not like !

Room is very small and without window! The pool is dirty! You can not use! Shopping Villa Morra is located far 3 kilometers from the Hotel! Near the hotel in 500 meters gas station and there is nothing more !!! I do not recommend this hotel !!!

Ok hotel

Ok hotel. I will not be staying here again as i think its a little overpriced for what other hotels in the area offer. Pool was dirty, and rooms are small and outdated. Bed comfort needs upgrade. Location is quiet and safe, but thats about it for this hotel. I will choose a different hotel next time I come back to Asuncion.

LIMPEZA SEMPRE É BOMOS PEQUENOS DETALHES FAZEM A G

Poderiam ter os quartos um pouco mais limpos sem essa poeira q igual e incomoda. Poderiam usar cobertas mais leves para também serem trocadas igual q são trocados os lençóis a cada vez q as habitações são ocupadas por diferentes hóspedes.
