Walking distance to just about everything from Parliament, to the National Garden to the Acropolis. Our room was on the small side, but it had everything we needed. There are stairs to our room and to the rooftop (a beautiful view from here) so be prepared for stairs. There was no TV in our room which we loved as we are on holiday, and not clamouring to watch TV. I absolutely adored it! The care that goes into every detail was very much appreciated. Also, the staff were very helpful, friendly and the hotel is in the best possible location. Very easy to see everything you need to see in Athens and you can see the Parthenon lit up at night from the rooftop terrace. Would highly recommend and wish we had a longer stay there! It felt like a luxurious old apartment that was comfortable, cozy, and with modern amenities at the same time. The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable. Lovely breakfast served on the upstairs rooftop terrace boasted views of the acropolis which, as many other historical sights, was only a short was away. The streets outside were bustling with restaurants, bars, and cafes yet inside it was quiet and secluded. 2 subway stations were in very close proximity making access to the hotel from the airport easy, cheap, and convenient. We have stayed in many expensive, 5-star luxury hotels around the world but I can confidently say that this small boutique accommodation easily has a place amongst my top 5 anywhere. From our very late arrival (1am) throughout our entire stay, the owners and staff were incredibly attentive and kind. The room was huge! Decor is modern and exactly to our taste (like a showroom!). An added surprise was the rooftop terrace, which was a perfect setting for breakfast or an evening drink.
