Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Zen

This home was absolutely beautiful! The home offered clean linen, towels, bathroom essentials in case you happen to forget anything. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and had a chance to enjoy the beautiful backyard and scenery on the deck. The property was beautifully landscaped and the inside of the home was spotless. I enjoyed my four day stay it easily accommodated five guest especially with three full bathrooms. This home had great access to highways, the airport, and plenty nearby restaurants and activities. I have already recommended to my family and friends traveling to Atlanta or needing a staycation.
