“The shuttle service was the best feature! It was nice to be able to order it and get a wait time instead of other hotels where you have to walk to a bus stop and hope it comes shortly/ there’s room. The map doesn’t really show the pool sizes and there’s no real pictures online. I think people would book if there was more photos. Overall the place was clean and staff was friendly. Was our first time and we will def be back next year! ”

“Our trip was due to our travel basketball team playing in the YBOA Magic Classic. Our coaching staff and basketball team stayed at the property. It was a great experience, the property owner was wonderful and very helpful/understanding to what we needed. We came back to Waycross GA with the championship trophies!!!! It was nice to have our team under one roof and bond a little as this was our first trip this season. Thank you so much!”

“Host contacted about many complaints, from the house smelling like animals, low level pool water, knob missing from hot tub, dirty towels, blood stained mattress, soiled sheets, dirty carpet, dirty patio table, dirty pool, internet for televisions not working, filter on refrigerator needing to be changed, and not one time did the host come or send someone to address the concerns. We paid for pool heat in a pool that for the first 3 days we had to keep adding water too, that made the pool cold so……

“The size of the property is great there are plenty of rooms. I love the Kitchen and Tracy was awesome to work with. The floors could have been mopped before we checked in since it did not seem that they had been. The bathroom in Room 1 was not clean well at all as he toilet brush and bowel was dirty and should be thrown away. The light in the shower has a short and therefore, did not work properly. The entire house needs to be aired out as there was a smell of oldness/closedup when we checked……

“This property had a great layout and very spacious! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities. The bathrooms were also stocked well. Not those tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner but full size pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash! So nice!! Owner was very easy to access and quick to answer all questions or address any concerns! We will definitely book with Louie again!!”

“This is my 2nd time booking a place thru Vrbo. I have to say Kim is the best host. My family of 9 drove from NJ/NY to Florida. She not only contacted me in advance but also made sure we were able to get into the house. The house is gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so comfy especially after driving 20hrs. It was quiet and peaceful. Kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. Definitely booking again when we come down next time. ❤️🌹”

“简直糟糕透了。前台两位女工作人员，一脸不耐烦，好像旅客都欠他们的一样。不是那种面无表情哦，是那种冷着你给你摆脸子呢。真是令人不开心。整个酒店服务都很冷漠，就是那种懒得搭理你。 还有就是去迪士尼班车时间真的太少了，一天一趟到两趟，而且时间基本都不太有意义。 整体设施就那样吧，比较旧。 ”
