Candlewood Suites New Bern by IHG
"Great place to stay!!!!"
Clarion Pointe New Bern
"The staff were friendly, helpful, amd welcoming.. The property was clean..and the breakfast was great.. Truly a great experience."
Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Washington
"The property was probably the cleanest I have ever stayed at. They should be commended for that. The staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast is something they could improve on. They advertised it was open until 9:30 on Saturday morning. We got there about 9:10 and many items were out and not being refilled. I would stay again, but please service your breakfast bar."
Hanna House Bed & Breakfast
"Excellent bed & breakfast with great room and house and amazing breakfast!!! Staff was super!!!"
Steps from the water with a private dock, a big relaxing porch & great amenities
"Without a doubt, the most magical little cottage and its surroundings of the deck and long dock that leads to a solitude to sit, fish, star gaze that I've stayed at in a long, long time. Not only are the outside amenities peaceful, but the interior of this cottage is decorated with calming colors and perfectly placed designs. Oh, and this cottage has everything you could think of at your fingertips! I would see something and think, who would add this to a vacation rental! Plus, a vast variety of coffees and teas, only thing, no Keurig! I did bring my own. Very clean! The blessing of this cute cottage is the owners and Darry's mom, Julia. A 90-year-old bundle of spit and vinegar, lovely lady from the UK. Such a sweetheart!Bath, NC, I found, is not populated by tourist attractions and there are only 3 restaurants in this small quaint town, but it is a very historical town being the 1st port and 1st town in NC. The Outer Banks is only an hour drive. For me and my Chihuahua, Eza, (yes, they allow dogs), it was the perfect!"
Hampton Inn New Bern
"Great stay"
Magnolia House Bed & Breakfast
"If you plan to visit Oriental, you must stay at Magnolia House Bed and Breakfast! The innkeepers are so friendly and accommodating. They greeted me as I arrived and took me on a tour of the house explaining the available amenities. The house has a wrap around porch, perfect for relaxing in the evening (I stayed in August and was surprised by the mild evening temperature). I had to leave early morning and typically do not eat breakfast so they had breakfast bars and fruit available for me to grab and go. They also have a coffee and tea bar available 24/7 with snacks, wine, and beer. The entire house was beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfortable that once my head hit the pillow, I didn’t wake up until my alarm went off. I stayed in the Roe Suite and web pictures do not do it justice. It’s a large suite with two entrances, one leading directly to the room that has the drinks and snacks (very convenient). The sitting area has a large comfortable couch, tv, and bookshelves filled with books. The bath, with tiled floors, full-length mirror, large double sink counter space, separate shower and large tub, is as large as the bedroom! And I have to mention the location, right in the middle of town, walking distance to the waterfront, shops, and restaurants, and a short distance to the grocery store. The innkeepers have thought of everything including a welcome gift with chocolates and a package of Magnolia House coffee. I will definitely return."
Private Boat Launch! Pamlico River Hideaway
"We loved this rental. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Great view of Muddy Creek and Pamlico. There was one problem with the door code, but it was quickly resolved. There were few nearby options for eating out."
