“The property was well maintained. The room was clean and in order. The staff from housekeeping to the front desk were helpful, courteous and very professional. I look forward to staying the next time we visit New Bern.”

“I had to ask for a shower curtain because there wasn't one... I had to turn off the HVAC at night because it rattled so loudly, Sadly, the restaurant and bar not open at lunch... had to go into town. At least free parking for those staying at the hotel. Great views, convenient to the convention center and town attractions.”

“Breakfast was good! The place is new and well kept. The only thing which is pretty much every hotel we have stayed at and we stay at them pretty regularly is the water pressure. Not many hotels have figured out how to have good water pressure. Otherwise this hotel is perfect.”
