“No chairs on balcony. No spare trash can liners. Restaurant was not well staffed. One waitress who started she was doing three jobs causing delays in getting our food. All carts were stored on first floor entrance and none at handicap rear entrance. No freezer to keep ice packs necessary for meds. No diet sodas in vending machines. Toilet seat would not stay up kept falling down. Air conditioner stopped working but repaired in a timely manner b staff. No information provided at check in about……

“Bathroom was dirty with hairs all Over the shower/bath. Surfaces were dusty in room and floor was sticky at entrance. Huge gap in window drapes so very bright in am which was awful since barely slept with the old and very loud and ever winding air conditioning unit. Have pics and video. Pool was filthy and the area itself was dilapidated and slapped together. Groundspeople walked around watering plants with rap blaring. I was flabbergasted at how lousy this experience was from the snotty front……
