Service was excellent John at the front desk was very nice. The rooms were decent, beds were comfy. I would say that they should've had more garbage cans than just 1. The breakfast was decent, but I would suggest bigger coffee cups.The pool was decent, overall i would stay again.

While the room itself and the front staff were good, this time our room was downstairs and was connected to an adjoining room. The people staying upstairs were very heavy walkers and I believe we could hear some intimate activities from our room. The adjoining room next door were playing music and speaking loudly as well. I'll go back, but ask for an upstairs room next time. If there's a way to improve the insulation between rooms, that would help.

I booked a room for one night.I was put into a room downstairs and it was very nice. But I could hear the people on the other side of the wall.They were so loud. I called the front desk and asked if I could be moved to a different room. They move me upstairs to a room that was not as nice as the one downstairs.The air conditioner was making a loud noise.The bed had about a three inch gap from the mattress to the metal bar that I kept hitting my kneecap on. I called front desk & asked him to come check the air conditioner. He came upstairs and adjusted the airflow. It still did not help. At this point I felt like I was being punished for complaining about the loud noise in the first room. Also, it was just as loud upstairs. they put somebody directly on the other side of my room. That was loud all night They do not have an elevator, so if you have bags, be prepared to drag your bags upstairs.

The property looked like it was just updated. We were in the area to visit family so we just needed a place to come to for sleep. The staff were always friendly and the hotel is clean inside and out. It is a nice and quiet area. Breakfast bar was fine, small dining area and no elevators but it was actually nice, (only 2 floors).

Will definitely return for family visits

My son and I stayed here for Family Weekend at ECU and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, property very clean and nicely renovated, with comfortable beds, and in an excellent location.
