“Unfortunately the cleaning staff did not have rooms and cabins available for check-in and many guests were delayed check in on the forth of July weekend for 3-4 hours. The front desk clerk Working was left on her own by all other staff to navigate some angry and unreasonable guests, not fair to her as she had no answers or management on site and no control over the fact that the cleaning staff didn’t show up and we’re not answering their phones. Once we were checked in we were provided……
