Govalle is an East Austin neighborhood located between Webberville Road and East 7th Street. It was originally established as an 1850s cattle ranch linked to Swedish settler Swen Magnus Swenson, and its name comes from the Swedish term meaning “good grazing land.”

Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



Pet Friendly:

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of $49 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



Additional Services:

Please note the pool can only be heated when the outside temperature is above 60°F, and we require at least 48 hours' notice if you would like to add this service. Heating not available during summer. Our maintenance team comes by every Tuesday to service the pool and keep it in tip-top shape.

• Sorry but the pool is for people only, no doggy paddling allowed.

• Planning a BBQ? Your rental comes with a complimentary full tank upon arrival. A propane tank refill is available for a one-time $55 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



House Rules

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets (small pets only for $50 additional cleaning cost).

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
