Damage Protection Policy:



A refundable $2,000 hold on your card is required to cover potential damages during your stay. The hold is released after checkout, subject to any applicable damage charges.



Alternatively, guests may choose a $100 damage waiver instead of the refundable hold. The waiver is subject to its terms and conditions and may not cover every type of damage.



Pool Information:



The pool is professionally cleaned, sanitized, and chemically balanced before each guest's arrival. Since the property is surrounded by mature trees, occasional leaves, small twigs, or other natural debris may fall into the pool between scheduled cleanings, especially during the summer months.



A skimmer net is provided so guests can remove any debris during their stay if needed. The pool is cleaned and prepared for guests to enjoy before arrival.
