"Fantastic property that is very well equipped and within a short walk of the town centre. It was an ideal base for our stay in Nantwich and has lots of character. Check-in and communication from Bev was perfect."
"The property and communication were just fine upon arrival, however the one toilet in the property became unusable the first day as the flusher jammed so we had to book a hotel room that night not knowing if it would be fixed or an alternative solution would be available. Late in the evening they said they had a work around for flushing the toilet and it was fixed the next day but they offered no relief from the extra expense we had to make sure our family had a bathroom to use. No refund. No credit. Poor customer service. "
