Very nice, spacious rooms with exceptional beds. Great wifi too. Overall, this is a great place but it does need more soundproofing. All the voices downstairs echoed up into our room, including the host’s voice and the ringing of the office phone, which were near constant the first several hours we were there. At night too, we heard other guests in the hallway. Otherwise though, it was a great spot

Avola coastal retreat

Un b and b bien situé

Un très bon point de chute pour visiter la région de Avola. Le personnel est très sympa et toujours de bonne humeur. Les chambres sont de belles dimensions, propres et confortables. Il me semble que le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré par l'apport de fruits de saison ( seules des pommes étaient disponibles). Au final un endroit idéal à quelques pas de la mer et pas loin du centre-ville. Pas de soucis pour se garer. Une adresse à retenir.

Hatte eine sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich Eingerichtet. Die Lage, direkt am Strand und 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt ist absolut top!!!

séjour 1 semaine en février

Séjour agréable mais la propreté des chambres n'étais pas au rdv. le lit est fait et la douche nettoyer mais par contre le nettoyage des sols n'a jamais été fais, j'ai du le faire moi-même au bout de 3 jours et il n'a pas été refais durant toute la semaine. le petit déjeuner est bon mais toujours le même, sucré, trop sucré, pas de salé ou de fromages par ex et il manque les fruits de saison, ex j'y étais en pleine période de mandarine sans jamais en avoir vu une au petit déjeuner. dommage. sinon les personnes sont aimables mais vraiment il faut faire des petits changements au niveau de la propreté et du petit déjeuner.

A great, cozy place. Extremely clean. Delicious and fresh continental breakfast. Staff (Valentino and Clara) are so so friendly and very accommodating, plenty of information was provided about what to do and where to go, which the area near this apartment has plenty. The beach umbrellas availability is a big plus. Definitely recommend and would definitely go back to stay again. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Die Unterkunft Fuori Rotta in Avola ist perfekt für paar Tage Entspannung am Strand (nur 5min). Außerdem gibt es am Hafen viele Restaurants und Kneipen, wo sich die Italiener abends treffen. Ein orginial italienisches Gefühl kommt auf jeden Fall auf. Die Unterkunft war sauber, es gab trotz Corona ein kleines Frühstück. Die Besitzerin war sehr bemüht, dass uns der Aufenthalt gefällt :)
