“The place was in a perfect location to the ferries, restaurants, swimming, and shopping. The host and staff are very gracious and helpful. The Bed was comfortable and spacious , and the shower was very warm and larger than you would expect for a European rental. We stayed on the third floor with no problem, but if you have trouble climbing stairs, I would request a lower unit because there are 42 steps to get inside.”

“This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction……

Nous avons passé 9 nuits sans aucun ménage dans la chambre et, malgré nos demandes, jamais reçu de nouvelles serviettes ( eau qui sortait de couleur marron de la douche, cheveux dans l’évier, câble électrique sur notre terrasse qui pendait et j’en passe..) “Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im 3. Stock. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug, sodass etwa 130 Treppenstufen bis zum Zimmer bewältigt werden müssen. Das Hotel und insbesondere die Zimmer sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig und wirken deutlich in die Jahre gekommen.
