"The hotel is dirty and full of insects and bugs in the room. The hotel staffs are not cooperative nor helpful. I complained about the ants and bugs situation since day 1 and asked for partial refund of remaining nights because I did not want to stay there anymore and the staffs are really good at avoiding refund. They make up so many excuses to stop me to see a manager. 2 more nights until check out, I desperately asked for refund again and they said the refund manager is on vacation for 3...

"Except the strong smell of humidity in the room, some products missing like conditioner / body cream / shower cap. The hotel is quite nice and close to the beach. People are very nice and kind but I have to mention some dishes were forgotten (birthday cake, or some sides dishes at the kot nou restaurant). Food is very good. "

"Inchecken was makkelijker dan verwacht. De kamer was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontbijt was vers en gevarieerd, wel miste ik een ommeletje. De omgeving is erg stil in de avond (wat geldt voor heel Mauritius) maar het hotel is op makkelijke loopafstand op een van de mooiste stranden die ik ooit heb gezien. Dus een prima uitvalsbasis voor de perfecte strandvakantie. "
