“Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Das Bad war sauber und zweckmäßig. Der Safe im Zimmer war nicht mit der Wand/Schrank verankert, sondern stand lose im Schrank. Die Küche war eine Gemeinschaftsküche und etwas schmuddelig. Das Geschirr war lose in der Küche verteilt und nicht in Schränken aufbewahrt. Der Kühlschrank war unordentlich. Frühstück musste selbst zubereitet werden. Die Auswahl wahr sehr beschränkt. Der Abwasch musste selbst erledigt werden. Es gab keine……

“Merveilleux petit hôtel avec un personnel très chaleureux et serviable, chambres très propres , la plage de Pointe d’Esny magnifique, les petits poissons nombreux et le calme reposant. Le restaurant très bon également. La seule chose et c’est pour dire quelque chose, au petit déjeuner et dans la salade de fruit, plus de fruit locaux comme mangue, litchi…”

“Bella struttura per ottimo personale. Colazione a scelta tra 5 varie tipologie di menù con prodotti freschi. Camera spaziosa che necessita di qualche ritocchino ma nel complesso confortevole, grande e perfetta anche per un bimbo di quasi 2 anni. Posizione comodissima a pochi passi dal mare a da Gran Baie. Presenti ristoranti nella zona”

“We stayed there for our 10-year anniversary. Nice view. However, we paid an expensive nightly rate for a half board. The main restaurant is supposed to be opened until 10pm. We arrived at 8pm for our reservation. Not even 15min after our arrival, the staff clearly started to do everything possible to make us understand we ought to be leaving asap. Like cleaning the dishes, heavily racking chairs on the floor, setting up for breakfast 2h before closing time… they did everything except being……

“First off we booked a room close to where daughter lived with the expectation she could come and hang out with us in the evening. When we checked in we were told she was only allowed to go to the bar. She couldn’t come to our room at all. This should have been listed in the write up of the room or at least posted in our confirmation. Second we booked the room with the tub and surrounding windows(we paid extra for that room). The tub did not ever have hot water. We mentioned to staff several……

“我们在这住了六天，酒店拥有无敌海景房，美美哒！酒店就在鹿岛对面，每天有小船往返，很是方便！要点赞他们的职员，特别是前台一个爱笑的美女和餐厅经理，我们在这儿过的春节又遇到我先生生日，美女特意提醒餐厅给我们准备了精致的生日蛋糕，年三十晚餐时光，整个餐厅布置得满满的中国风，没想到，异国他乡的中国年过得也很开心！感谢酒店，让我们度过了一个难忘的假期！”
