“There was no internet during the whole duration of my stay (10 days) cable tv not working. Reason was too many people using the service - guests on conference, students on tour who are staying in the hotel are sharing with the regular guests”

I got the room with 2 queen beds, there were 2 couples on the trip, however upon arrival we were charge, we had to pay for the other couple on the trip. stating that it was only 2 people booked, but the room could accommodate 4. Also power went out a few times, being in the philippines, it was a hot night, difficult to sleep. and the driveway was an uphill climb, good thing we had a 4x4. Place was clean, and quiet. The……

“That place is horrible the day i came there the maid told me the door has no key and she said if I'm going somewhere just leave the door unlock and bring my important stuff like really? The place is so dirty smells horrible the ac was dripping water inside there's water all over on the floor bathroom is nasty the firts night stayed there is horrible and i feel unsafe. So ended of staying into a different place. What a waste of money..their advertisement is not true that place is horrible.”

“Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good location. In the middle of all the must try activities — Kawasan Canyoneering, sardine run & turtle encounter, and whale shark encounter. It was hassle free as the property arranged everything for our group. ”

“Firstly Property cannot be contacted. Staff are not so friendly and accomodating. Not so much of a warm reception from the staffs. Wont let us utilize the pool, always with different reasons. Booking is confusing and not consistent with what was offered. Room ammenities lacking like television, non functional shower and no water heater. Bidet is not working. Wifi not so strong.
