Classic domestic hotel: looks good from a distance but rooms too hot and too dry, no way to control heating, fixtures and fittings falling apart, horrible smells coming from the plumbing, poor cleanliness, offensively bad coffee etc. Honestly, I suspect it’s no better or worse than the neighbouring hotels, just giving an honest review from a European perspective. Staff were very friendly though, and it’s very close to the ski area. The village with restaurants and shops is also very close, just a short walk from the hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was abundant with a selection of both eastern and western foods. Special thank you to Julie and Kohl for taking such good care of us at breakfast. The Chinese restaurant did an amazing hot pot cooked with coals, and the dumplings were the best!! Thank you Billy! We enjoyed a very spacious suite, which had 2 balconies and 2 toilets. I would highly recommend paying a little extra to enjoy the executive lounge benefits - free food and drinks between 5-7pm daily. I highly recommend this hotel. There is also a free airport shuttle bus included. It represents excellent value for money."
