“There’s no proper door lock for safety, the property needs renovation. Every time we open the door created noise, you can hear every conversation at the hall way and from other room. A little expensive stay base on the condition of the property.”

“De locatie dat niet correct is van het hotel. Wasserij aangewezig , deze info is ook niet juist. Je kan ontbijten tot van 07h 's morgens tot 11h . Maar als we aan de receptie stonden om 10h voor nog ontbijt te bestellen, kregen we een antwoord van het is maar tot 10h. Geluk dat het personeel goed en vriendelijk was. Vooral de securities ( Carlo en zijn collega) en de persoon dat het ontbijt klaar maakte. Bij deze willen wij jullie nog eens bedanken , langs deze weg. Bjorn DM, Lyssa DM en……

“We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and found it to be convenient option given its proximity to Robinson mall. The staff, particularly those at the café were exceptional in their attentiveness to guest's needs. The breakfast buffet offered selection of local dishes with a different menu each day. However, the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom fell short of expectation. I spotted a dead fly on the floor on the first day and remained there throughout our stay despite of requests……

The pictures showed clean,very neat room. but what I walked into was outdated, poorly maintained, and honestly felt dirty moldy place.
