It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, satellite TV, etc. A large garden of approx. 1000m2 and a beautiful terrace complete the whole thing. The lake is around 300 m away. Shopping centers are also nearby. It is a lot of fun to live in the house because everything fits together very well. Up to 6 people can live well in the house. Das Haus liegt ca. 7 Gehminuten vom Balaton entfernt und besitzt alles, um den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen zu können. Da das Haus erst vor 10 Jahren errichtet wurde, ist es relativ modern und gut ausgestattet (die Wohnfläche ist groß). Der Garten ist riesig und bietet genug Platz für jegliche Aktivitäten. Das Ein- und Auschecken sowie die Kommunikation zu den Gastgebern war reibungslos und alle sind sehr freundlich. Man hat viel Platz drinnen und draußen. Es gibt eine Terasse wo man morgens schön frühstücken kann. Es sind nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg bis zum Plattensee, ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof und ca. 30 Minuten bis zum Hafen. Ein schönes Haus. Der Verwalter vor Ort sehr nett und völlig unkompliziert (im absolut positivem Sinn). Das Haus verfügt über eine herausragende Ausstattung, wenn man diese mit anderen Inseraten am Balaton vergleicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Hauptstrand in Balatonboglar sind mit Auto in 2 min. erreicht.
