“I had a wonderful experience overall at my stay in the Modern Studio, in Kent. Deborah was thorough in communication and welcoming upon my arrival. Their guidebook is full of helpful information about local fare, points of interest and history about the farm and surrounding area. Also, I appreciate the treats and Nespresso. I’d definitely recommend staying for these points and for central location which lends to the ease of walking into town from the studio.”

“My experience was a perfect match for my needs while in Rhinebeck. The apartment was well appointed, clean and new. I was very pleased with the situation but it was a bit small and would be best for one and not two people. The pipes were noisy when using the water but it wasn’t a big issue. You can hear the people walking around upstairs as well. Overall a very good stay and very reasonable. The owners were awesome! ”

“The space was beautiful, comfortable, and very cozy. My husband and I were staying one night as part of a Christmas gift, mini vacation away from the kids. While we did not have an opportunity to part take in any classes, they look like fun and we plan on being back. It has snowed the night before and I was pleased to see that the roads and the parking lot were all cleared by the time we arrived. “Nice place close to the track but should be cleaner and bug free. Lots of spiders everywhere when we arrived. Owner apologized but as they say you only get one chance at a good impression. While the outside appearance did not adversely affect our stay, I would strongly suggest to the owner to power wash the house especially the area at the guest entrance. It could look brand new and appealing with minimal effort versus spider webs, bugs, dirt and mold on the exterior of the house. Needs an AC……
