"Hotel was clean and comfortable. Walking distance from the airport. Staff was great and very helpful. Great shower and AC. Very safe. Th staff made my stay better. This hotel is a 10 out of 10. The city of Dhaka is a negative 10 out of 10 so if you’re forced to enter Dhaka I would recommend this hotel and never leaving the hotel. After visiting 150 countries and all their capitals, this city ranks as close to the bottom as it gets. "

"The staff in every aspect of this hotel are amazing! Whether greeting at the door or hallway or completing a breakfast order, each staff member was friendly and quick-to-help. Breakfast was a great price and had a big variety of items to choose from, in addition to made-to-order omelettes, oatmeal, or pancakes. The airport shuttle service was a huge help for our group. The bed was comfortable and, though the air conditioner didn’t seem to change temperature levels, it kept the room a cool retreat to come back to. I would definitely stay here again, top choice!"

"We absolutely loved the staff at this hotel. The hotel itself is a reasonable place with decent facilities, but what really makes this place great is the staff. From the manager Robin to the security, we felt like they gave all guests VIP treatment. They were fantastic about giving advice and support when required. The front desk staff were particularly supportive. I even joked that I wish I could take the staff for my businesses! Good luck and if we ever come back to this beautiful part of the world again Sylhet will be top choice. "
