“The location in old town was excellent as was the amazing sea view. The staff was lovely and helpful.
Unfortunately, the bed had a top sheet and no blanket/duvet. There were comforters in a closet but we had no idea if they were previously used so did not use them. The towels were subpar and had a few holes in them.
Our air conditioning never really kicked in and it was hot.
For location, staff and view I would stay there. Know that other things in the room are not 4 stars.”

“Staff for very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast has a lot of options but their warm food were often a bit cold.
Outdoor pool were very nice. I like that there is an adult pool and kids pool the restaurants inside the hotel where a bit too expensive but the buffet dinner was also good with good value of money. The beach was very nice but mind you the sunbeds were very expensive.”

“We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. It's located at the most crowded square of Praia do Carvoeiro, just by the beach, very convenient. The staff was nice and the room was okay. Car parking space was difficult to find, though. Free wifi was provided at hotel lobby. Overall, we'll say it's a pretty good choice in this area.”
