We loved the staff! Very helpful and accommodating. If you don't know any spanish, definitely download google translate. This hotel is not close to anything, which is kind of why we chose it. Uber there and then talk to the staff about rides. They can help you arrange what you need. Food was great, the ahi tuna and the beef carpaccio were amazing! The hotel and grounds were very pretty and clean. They take pride in their property and it shows. The only thing that we did not like was that the AC and water cut off every night. It would get so hot, I couldn't sleep thru the night. Then when they turn the water back on, it was really loud and we would wake up again. This is normal for places out of the city, and I was aware of it but I had never experienced it. Definitely something to keep in mind for the light sleepers like me. Also, very thin walls....
