Between luxury and authenticity. Beautiful sea view property, 100m from the beach.

10/10 Excellent
"We loved our stay at this house. The feel is somewhat rustic — the windows and doors open fully and let in the coastal breeze, but also sometimes critters, but we greatly enjoyed the experience of staying there. The pool was clean and refreshing, the perfect temperature, and the grounds were immaculately maintained. A good amount of hot water, and modern showers. The kitchen was full of everything we needed. The beds are on the older side, but we slept very well in general, especially with how active our vacation was.The beach, with wide golden sand and clear water, was a short but steep walk down the hill, very convenient. Our stay was over Easter, so some of the nearby restaurants had odd hours, but everyone was extremely nice, despite our limited French. The recommendations from our host were spot on. In particular, we loved Pelican Adventures and Chez Raf, but the Blue Lagoon sunset boat trip was also incredible. This is a terrific home base for a stay in Guadeloupe. The Basse Terre side is wild and gorgeous. It was our first visit, but will not be our last."
