The hotel is about 10 mins from the airport, with a beach close by so there are rooms with a lovely seaview. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance and there are taxis readily available if you need to go further. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. I liked that there were a good collection of books in the room.

Great place to stay in St Kitts - and I have travelled here and stayed at the Timothy Beach Resort on several occasions since 2005. Spacious rooms and good facilities. Right by the beach too.

Rooms were clean and spacy; resort was close to the beach with many bars and restaurants along the shore to chose from. Towels, padded chairs and umbrellas were provided for the beach at no cost. Taxi's to take you to Basseterre or other places of the Islands were easily available.

Amazing location. Right on the beach where you can swim or snorkel. Many beach bars within steps. The hotel restaurant was very good. Travelled from US - tip for others - bring small USD bills as you won’t always get change.

We loved our stay at Timothy Beach Resort! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and it is right on the beach so the views and beach days were amazing. It is also within very close walking distance to several restaurants and bars. We will be staying here again next time we visit. I highly recommend!
