The staff were all pleasant and helpful. View from the balcony was stunning. Wifi was fast and we didn't have any problems with it at all. TV was not tuned in but didn't need it in the end. The unit as a whole will soon be in need of some TLC maintenance and updating. Would be nice to have basic condiments in the kitchen and maybe a few more glasses and dishes. Restaurant was very good, especially breakfast. No complaints about the beach and lounges - LOVED IT!!!! My only real complaint has nothing to do with the resort, but people should be aware of the fact that the beach bars along Frigate Bay has a tendency to blare music at 2 to 3 o'clock in the morning!!! That is the only reason I would not return to the resort. They are currently installing solar panels on the rooftops. My only niggle is there is no courtesy room. When you have a late flight home and have to spend the day on the beach you cant shower and change. It wouldn't take much to have something and then guests could book a time slot. Room was spacious with kitchen. Patio was fine. Beach chairs could use updating and an increase in numbers as well as umbrellas. New access road through the resort to Marina may prove inconvenient. On site restaurant and bar are separate from the resort. Food was fine with some needed increase in staff. The “strip” was quiet and responds to the cruise ships in port with their amenities. My room and location was not ideal. The room had a wet smell. I had to call guess service about an issue with the phone in the room, also had an issue with the toilet handle. The rooms need to be inspected before guess arrives. I was not impressed with this resort, I wouldn’t stay here again. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and it is right on the beach so the views and beach days were amazing. It is also within very close walking distance to several restaurants and bars.
