The bed linen had wee stains on the duvet. Spoke to the host and she assured me it had been cleaned. The breakfast bar closed very early and did not look fresh. reception didn't offer any info about the hotel. The pool was also very cold and therefore not usable. It felt like a hotel that was running on the bear minimum.

The room WIFI wasn't working (important to international travelers). After 30 minutes of trying, went to the front desk, where they said it wasn't working. They did give us the staff login, but I thought this was something that could have been mentioned at check-in.

When we arrived it was earlier than we thought but the lovely lady on the desk found a room for us to get in straight away which was fantastic. It was a nice room which was nice and clean and would be fantastic to be there during Bathurst racing.
