Owners/management communicated clearly and promptly. Beds were comfy. Place was roomy enough for family to have our own spaces. Nice, quiet area and even with fireworks noise was minimal. Only downside was too few kitchen and bath towels and the home needed some upkeep for general maintenance like burnt lightbulbs, but this did not negatively impact our stay.
