Poderia melhorar

Hotel peca em detalhes como só ter dois cabides no quarto e chuveiro com água do chuveiro saindo pra todos os lados por falta de limpeza. Piso dos quartos faz barulho, ar condicionado não tem modo aquecimento, não tem copo no quarto. O melhor é o tamanho do quarto, simpatia do pessoal da recepção, estacionamento e café da manhã

Numa semana de frio extremo não havia cobertores no quarto. Tentamos solicitar por telefone, este não estava funcionando. Foi-nos enviado apenas um cobertor fino. De madrugada, às 3h da manhã, tive que descer de novo até a portaria para pedir mais cobertores. Tudo isso nos parece injustificável e estragou nossa noite. O ponto forte do hotel é sua localização, estacionamento, tamanho do quarto e banheiro e café da manhã. No entanto um lado da cama não tem mesa de cabeceira e não há luz lateral na cama

Pela segunda vez nos hospedamos no Riellis . Hotel muito bom e confortável . Notei que da primeira vez , o piso do quarto vazia barulho ao andar . Desta vez em outro quarto , o mesmo aconteceu . Acho desconfortável o barulho que estrala alto , mas isso não tira o brilho do hotel e da hospedagem . O café da manhã é perfeito , muito saboroso e diversificado, local extremamente agradável . Atendimento gentil. Recomendo a hospedagem !

Superou as expectativas em todos os quesitos !

Essa estadia em Botucatu foi a melhor experiência que tivemos na Cidade em termos de Hospedagem . A muito tempo eu não tinha um café da manhã como este num hotel , mesmo em categorias maiores . Os itens oferecidos são de qualidade, variedade e sabor , muito bem preparados e dispostos . Nunca encontrei uma xícara de louça tamanho pequeno para tomar cafézinho , lá tinha , e que sabor !!! Tive que me informar qual o marca foi usado ! Os quartos são novos com colchão , travesseiros e enxoval de qualidade . Único ponto a melhorar foi do sabonete oferecido , apesar de fazer parte do conjunto de amenities , é de tamanho extremamente pequeno e fino , ficando desconfortável o uso . O atendimento foi gentil e rápido , tanto no checkin como checkout . Tem uma cafeteria anexa tb muito boa , moderna e itens gourmet com apresentação e sabores diferenciados . Vi que tinha um salão de beleza também , mas não fiz uso . Estacionamento com vagas para carro grande sem custo . Voltaremos com certeza pra apreciar o cardápio do Restaurante que funciona no espaço superior do hotel . Recomendo a experiência a quem procura hospedagem em Botucatu .

Cama ruim e piso barulhento

Colchão muito duro e desconfortável. O piso do quarto parecia que iria quebrar e que as tábuas estavam soltas. Fazia uma barulho irritante qdo se andava.

Ótimo! Mas com algumas observações importantes...

Um hotel com quarto e banheiro ótimo, mas percebe-se em vários locais a falta de manutenção em pisos, paredes, portas,etc. Desta vez, a princípio nós colocaram em um quarto com vista para um lixão ( literalmente) de uma obra colada ao prédio. Não tinha como abrir as cortinas. Reclamamos e prontamente fomos atendidos. Este quarto colado ao lixão e outros quartos similares devem ser fechados!!!! Não deveriam ser usados de forma alguma. O restante é muito bom, chuveiro, cama, café da manhã .
