Bayfield Carnegie Library Tours

A remodel old hotel, very quaint and a good location. I had a room overlooking the street which usually is not an issue. Evidently the walls are not insulated well, you could hear individual conversations on the street. At 2am when the bars closed it was very noisy. Really needed ear plugs.

Great hotel, clean & well taken care of. But they didnt have a room ready for us even though we were checking in 2hrs later than the check in time. We did have to wait a bit for a room but the hotel did discount the room A little for the inconvenience

Parking was difficult. Getting from the garage to your room was a long walk outside of the hotel. Dog area was for tenants only and not for guests. We were not told this. Had to cross Superior Street to let the dog out. The coffee maker was "tricky" to work. Key pads as well. Overall...not a good experience for us!
