“I staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Monday morning they had a storm and the power went out. We had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs with no lights in staircase. I called back and if they have a generator. The person at the front desk was not very friendly. He said they are not responsible for storms. He hung up abruptly.”
