“I wanted to give this home a 10. It’s spacious and very clean! The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are great. The layout of the home is perfect for groups. The TVS were awesome and modern. We came in January. I had seen issues reported with the air con, but dismissed them as expecting cooler temps. Outside temps were in the high 70s to med 60s at night. Inside the condo never got below 77 even through the cooler evening temps. During the day, the inside temp was 80. It was miserable. ...

"The hotel is nice but very confusing. There is a mall there, lobby is at the 11th floor and no parking available, unless that’s what we were told when checking in. The only parking option given was valet parking which was $65 per day. However in our way out I heared a person (external guide) explaining to her group how to access the mall, brakefast, restaurant schedules and PARKING options!! None of that was explained to us. "
