I was able to book my room with no problem. It wasn’t until I checked in and the Hotel Desk Assistant told me that because Expedia hasn’t updated their website to state there is a certain price for a service fee, I will have to pay an additional dollar. So, last night 11/29/2025 I went into the Expedia app and to the Quality Inn & Suites by Choice Hotel and looked to see if the service fee is a specific dollar amount and well, it states that there is a specific price. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to stay in a hotel that STEALS money from their guests!!! I went to the front desk to speak with someone this morning and I was told I cannot be refunded the additional dollar I paid they stole from me!! Just think about how many customers they get on a daily basis that is paying an additional dollar charge on their hotel stay! Expedia.com I want my money back from this hotel or you!! It’s about the principle not the dollar!!! DON’T STEAL FROM PEOPLE ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO PAY ATTENTION AND READ THE FINE PRINT!

I really loved my stay there. Staff was wonderful very helpful very nice . Breakfast was a good just hope they have had more hot meals . It was very quiet place not to noisy.

Front desk staff was great, so helpful and friendly. Floor in the room could have really used a through cleaning. Pool was not open despite appearing so online and confirmed as open when calling for reservations. Decent place for the cost, the great front desk staff was welcoming.

Fine for the $$

It was convenient right off the interstate. The bathtub didn’t drain properly. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Very basic. But it was clean and breakfast was good.

The best part of the Quality Inn would be the staff. Friendly, courteous and very welcoming. The rooms were clean, but could use a refresh. I would stay again and would recommend.

Needs updating

The hotel need a lot of upkeep. The handle was damaged and we had trouble going into and out of the room. The staff were very nice and willing to work with us on a few things. They have and indoor and an outdoor pool. The kids loved that. The rooms are outdated.

I’m sure it was nice 40yrs ago when it was built. Dead roach in room. Hot water was just warm. Plumbing was suspect at best. Ladies at front desk at check in and out were super friendly. Skip this one!!

Great service, horrible rooms. Our room was littered with a mysterious white powder spewed around the carpet- we’re talking behind the dresser, under the air conditioner and near the bed (we assume it was plaster from construction that no one bothered to take care of). Plus, in the middle of the night we found a flying beetle crawling on us, and were greeted with 2 more of the same bug for the duration of our stay. Not a great experience all around, but the staff members were nothing but kind!

Underwhelming Experience

The indoor pool was closed and breakfast was underwhelming to say the least. Breakfast options were waffles, bread, and children's yogurt. The only drink options were coffee, milk, and hot water. Every utensil was also individually wrapped. I was surprised that the napkins and plates weren't indivudally wrapped as well. The room appeared clean and the AC worked, so no complaints there. Definitely not a place I'll stay again or reccomend to others.

Ok.. beware of fees

Stayed one night and it was comfortable. Check in process was smooth. Reception was informed that I had a pet to be charged their $15 fee as stated in their policy upon check in. As we're getting ready to check-out, reception sees my wife with the dog and states he was never informed and wanted to charge $150. That fee or other fees were not mentioned in their listing on the website. I refused to pay that fee as it was insane. Please beware.

The room was very clean . The lobby looked very nice. The breakfast was good. Staff was very nice. I like the fact that i could bring my dog however when i booked the room it said the pet fee was 15 dollars per night per dog. I had 1 small dog stayed 2 nights but was charged 20 dollars per night. I.told the lady at the desk when i checked out and she said yeah management changed it to 20 . Well it should have stated that on there web site and not 15. Thats my only negative about this hotel.
