“The reason why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the breakfast :( I booked 1 night at this property as I spent the whole day at the Mondorf Spa and wanted a place nearby to have a good night of sleep and a good breakfast in the morning before my departure. The room was decent and comfortable bed, had a good night of sleep but the breakfast was a bit disappointing, no hot food options at all (scrambled eggs, etc). “A beautiful location in the hills down by the river. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious with clean and well-equipped bathroom facilities. We did not use the spa facilities, so unable to comment on them.
The staff were helpful and courteous. We did take advantage of the restaurant, where the food was very good, but unfortunately, my partner did not receive the dauphinoise potatoes she ordered.
