"I cannot recommend the property strongly enough. 5 stars are well deserved. Location is less than 5 minutes walk to the business/ entertainment center of Bellaire. There is ample parking at the property and a parking lot at the river beach across the street. Neighborhood is quiet. Julia has provided every amenity required for an enjoyable stay and she very well organised and thoughtful. Very ompressive. We will definitely be return renters!! Did i mention the 5 stars!!"

"We had such a lovely time at the cottage even though the weather didn't fully cooperate. The lake views and sunsets are unmatched. We visited Traverse City and Alden which are both a short drive away. Colleen welcomed us with open arms and was always available if we had questions. Such a great week!"

"The house was roomy & big enough for 10 of us to stay. The lake is very peaceful & quiet. We rented a pontoon boat & kept it at the dock which was great to go out & explore the area & swim. The only “negative” was being unable to swim right at the house. The lake floor was soft and easy to sink in when walking."

"The house and yard are lovely. In fact I don’t think the pictures do it justice. It’s cozy, clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything that we needed. The location is great. We hiked and biked the local trails and kayaked the Grass river right from the house. We only had 5 in our group and had more than enough space. It could comfortably accommodate the 8 that it lists. The property manager was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We used to stay at this very same cabin back in the summers of the 1990s when our children were small. We had four adults and one toddler with us. The cabin was a good size for five people. The beach is nice. There were plenty of dishes and utensils in the kitchen. We used the charcoal grill several times to cook meals. "The interior of the cottage is recently updated and very nicely done. Kitchen is equipped with all that you'd need. There was plenty of space for my husband and I, our teenage son and his friend. The owners are working on the grounds around the cottage and I am sure those improvements will yield great results. We enjoyed downtown Bellaire, the lake and the nearby trails. "House provided us with everything we needed. Only thing we had to bring was food, toiletries, and clothes. Easy to find and property manager was easy to get into contact with. Nice time spending with friends and was a great place to just hang out at."

"The lake location and the gorgeous surroundings were outstanding; off-scale really. Perhaps one of the nicest places we have ever stayed.
