New Home in Sudden Valley

  • This beautiful new property completed in 2018 has everything you need for a wonderful family vacation and space for rest and relaxation. Views of Lake Whatcom with golf course and lake access make this an outstanding property for you.
    Open floorplan with views of lake and opening to open space behind home with abundant wildlife to view. The main floor kitchen boasts a double oven, gas cook top, large center island opening to great room with large family table and seating area with views.
    Master suite has king size bed and large closet and attached master bathroom boast a gorgeous oversized jetted tub and large shower with double vanity.
    2 additional guest bedrooms with Queen sized bed on main level with another well appointed full bathroom.
    The lower level family room has large screen TV and views of lake and charming neighborhood. 4th bedroom has bunk beds with full on the bottom and twin on top, great for kids.
