6 Otter Lane is in the perfect location to park your car for your entire stay. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located just across the street from SHARC and a 4 minute walk to the Sunriver Village. There are unlimited-use SHARC passes for 8 guests included with the rental of the home. The back yard is a grassy lawn and low open deck for relaxation and play.
This home also has 6 Adult Multi-speed bikes.
This comfortable 1544 sq ft home is spacious both inside and out, with separate living and dining areas. There is a wood-burning fireplace that provides ambiance and warmth in the winter. There is an LCD TV with cable and DVD, stereo with CD player and high speed WiFi and cable internet access.

We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.

Short Stay

We met up with our kids and grandkids for a quick 2 night visit. The house was perfect, and a great time was had at the sledding hill & SHARC, all free with passes provided. Will definitely try to stay again at this home.

First it was VERY HOT and no air-conditioning was available. Second one of the TVs (the one in the kids' room) did not work and when a technician came to check it out he said it was dead and he'd have to get a new one, it didn't happen while we were there. Third there was water under the kitchen sink which turned out to be from a broken garbage disposal so the sink was out of commission for several hours. The company that services the homes in Sunriver/ARRIVED was very helpful and kind but it was a lot to deal with on a two. night vacation, we lost time doing other things because of these issues.

Sunriver House

We had a great time staying at the house over the New Year's Eve weekend. With bad snow conditions at Mt. Bachelor, and not enough snow for our planned snowmobiling outing, we made the best of it by biking around the Sunriver area on the trails, hiking along the Deschutes River, and going to the SHARC for swimming. Our family had a great experience overall.

House was nice, cleanliness needed some improvement floors were dirty, walls in kid room were gross garbage under the beds, dog poop all over outside, hot tub was so gross, tv in "kid" room was broken. The rest of the house was fine great location.

Well equipped kitchen, good location

Overall, the place was great. Main complaint is that there was dog hair all over the carpets from a previous guest that ended up all over our clothes, in the car, and came home with us. Tried using the vacuum but it didn't work well. The location was great, short walk to both the village and sharc. The kitchen was one of the best equipped we've stayed at.

Met our needs

House was clean and having a fireplace was nice! We didn't plan on it being so cold and snowing! But we enjoyed it :) I gave a 4 star rating because the house is very outdated and needs to be supplied with some newer items like linens, blankets, bed frames. Just needs a good update! All in all we had a good stay 👍

Fun and More Fun

House as advertised. Managers quickly responded to any questions we had about Sunriver. Kitchen very well stocked with equipment needed for any kind of food prep. Lots of storage space to put away luggage and other travel accessories to keep house neat. We stayed here with our son and daughter in law and two grandsons. SHARC across the street and passes allowed smooth entry. Close to the village for shopping and exploring. We were never turned away due to "over population" of the park. Large selection of bikes in all sizes. Some helmets available also. Our grandsons live in a very hilly city and have little to no biking accessibility. Their whole family of four enjoyed riding the many walking/biking trails available. Neighborhood quiet in the evening. Open windows allowed cool breezes and comfortable sleeping. Set up perfect for us. We grabbed the master, our son the second bedroom and our grandsons the room with two twin beds. And finally we enjoyed several full family soaks in the hot tum. We did not access the marina. The crew opted for bikes instead of canoes. But we still have great memories of taking canoes down the gentle flowing river when my son was a toddler. We have created great memories at Sunriver and now we can add those from Otter 6. Feel confident about staying here.

The house was great, kitchen had everything needed, beds comfortable. BUT I was looking firward to exploring and using the gym facilities. OFF LIMITS to non owners even with the trumpetedad re SHARC passes. As we went in October, the out side pool was closed. The only thing accessible to us was the indoor pool which was highly chlorinated. We would have stayed the week just to relax but the weather turned too cold and wet to stay and do nothing but bike ride. The weather is obviously not Sunriver's fault. It would have been nice if there were more inside facilities available to us. Came home early.

Perfect family house

This house was perfect for our family of 6 vacation. The hot tub is amazing, close walking distance to everything. The house is fully stocked with everything you would need from towels to kitchen items. Comfortable beds with lots of extras pillows and linens. Clean, comfortable and lots of space. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back

Perfect location

I had a good experience staying at this property. The house was in the perfect location, and the beds were comfortable. It was clean and well-kept, though it offered just the bare essentials in terms of kitchen supplies—don’t expect things like mayo, cooking spray/oil or sugar. A bath mat for the tub/shower would have been a nice touch, and there was a slight odor but we got used to it. That said, I would absolutely stay here again.

Family ski trip

Exactly as described! Exceptional communication, clean and welcoming. The wood fire and hot tub were perfect after a snowy day on Mt. Bachelor. Would definitely book again!

Sunriver rental

Great place to stay. Convenient location, lots of room and comfortable inside, well stocked kitchen. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Host was very responsive to any concerns or questions.

Great location

The house waa veey clean. There were 2 full bathrooms, and they had put a sink and toilet in the laundry room which was great as we had 6 people. The kitchen was well stocked with great pans, dishes, glassware, etc. It was fairly quiet, but bot far to the village area with walking paths right outside the door. Wonderful stay!
