Check in was delayed due to previous guests not checked out when we arrived at 4:00pm. Cleaning crew worked quickly to get us in by 6:00pm but we arrived with six little kids after a 3 & 1/2 hour drive only to be turned away. Not a great start to our vacation. One night was comped but many things were missing from the house to make it a great stay
