Summary: Walking distance to the village mall, sharc, and restaurants. Access to 35+ miles of paved hiking and bike trails. Complex pool right by condo. The Space: Welcome to 8 Ridge. This condo is located minutes from the Village Mall and Sharc aquatic center. \- 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 5 \- Community Pool and Hot Tub \- Portable Air Conditioning \- 4 bikes \- Free Wi-Fi \- Gas BBQ \- Access to Clubhouse with ping pong table, and tennis and pickleball courts \- Pack-n-Play, High Chair The Ridge 8 is located at the end of the road on the second floor, next door to The SHARC and walking distance to the Village. The main living area boasts a stone wood-burning fireplace, wet bar, and smart TV. The full kitchen is nearby and equipped with all the dish and cookware you need. The balcony has a gas BBQ. Head into the large suite to find an in-room jetted tub, vanity, flat screen TV, and a relaxing sitting area next to the windows for ultimate Sunriver views. The second bedroom across the hall has a twin over full bunk and a beautiful window reading nook for afternoon reading. This home has 4 adult bicycles provided or you can spend your time soaking up the amenities The Ridge has to offer. You'll have access to the community pool, hot tub, clubhouse with ping pong table, and tennis and pickleball courts which are exclusive to guests staying in the community!
