The living room, with comfortable seating, games and puzzles, invites you to unwind after a day of hiking or exploring, while the fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals.

1. Western Maryland Rail Trail (WMRT) (distance from house - 20 minutes) a 22-mile rail-trail that runs parallel to the C&O Canal Towpath and follows the route of the former Western Maryland Railway. An excellent option for walking, hiking, and cycling.

2. Berkeley Springs State Park (distance from house - 25 minutes): Known for its natural mineral springs and spa services, it's a lovely spot for relaxation.

3. The Old Roman Bathhouse (distance from house - 15 minutes): Home to a mineral spa that has been in use since colonial times, the park’s Old Roman and Main bathhouses offer a wide selection of spa services, including massages, saunas, baths and showers.
