“The host and the amenities. It was a great place to stay. Nice and comfortable. Probably one of the best places we have stayed. The neighbor was so quiet and the TV selection was great. I would highly recommend this place.”

“The house was clean and conveniently located to family we were in town to visit. Decent neighborhood. ”

“Place was nice and clean and a great location for my needs.”

“Read description closely before booking, Paddle boards are deceiving they are there, but they are not on the water. There is no washer and dryer, I have never stayed at a vrbo without washer and dryer access. The house had a smell to it when walking in. TVs were only in the sunroom, master bed and outside only, No TV in the living room or the other bedrooms. Little kitchen utensils, no spices or anything. Microwave in the kitchen did not work, when we went to use it, it started to smell……

“Incredibly over the top with “rules” I get there are policies but the way patrons were passively aggressively handled prior to and during check in seemed a bit much. I may have overlooked this if it was a major metropolitan city but this area is far from that setting. Intrusion of running credit card before even arriving and a parking fee applied upon checkout without prior knowledge all led to a bad taste in my mouth staying at this establishment.”

“Great”

“Very awesome experience!!”

“I love this little gem ! Very clean ! The staff were amazing! Brent was super helpful, knowledgeable and patient :) The housekeepers were very friendly and kind. The servers, bartenders (Ashley, Fabian and Dave) and barbacks so friendly and fun ! I simply LOVE this place :) Thank you, we'll definitely be back !”
