“What makes the hotel great is the helpfulness of the staff, they always smile, willing to help and accommodate your requests.”

“房間真的很不優，有霉味，蟑螂，通知人員也沒作為，經理還躲著⋯ 感覺真的很差”

“渡假村可讓人放鬆，機場到飯店有接駁車一人600p 可參加自費活動 餐點有自助及單點”

“We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and found it to be convenient option given its proximity to Robinson mall. The staff, particularly those at the café were exceptional in their attentiveness to guest's needs. The breakfast buffet offered selection of local dishes with a different menu each day. However, the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom fell short of expectation. I spotted a dead fly on the floor on the first day and remained there throughout our stay despite of requests……

“The room was very good—clean, comfortable bedding, and spacious enough. A refrigerator would’ve been a nice touch, but it wasn’t essential. Shower pressure and temperature control were excellent. The hotel handled a 6:00 AM power outage impressively, switching to diesel backup within 5 minutes and later to solar. WiFi was fast enough for most needs. “Heavenly”

“I’m a regular guest at Fernando’s Hotel and stayed there for a few weeks last month. Once again, I had an excellent experience. The staff were fantastic—always friendly, helpful and welcoming. The upgrades to the hotel are great, the parking is excellent, and the location is very convenient. Everything during my stay was good, and I’ll definitely continue staying here whenever I’m in Sorsogon City. Fully recommended. Sir Charles”

“Location is pretty good，but no window ”

“整體環境不錯，觀賞日落最佳地點”

“This resort could be wonderful. However, a lack of investment (and histroical typhoon damage) shows in dilapidated buildings and a sub par experience compared to other "luxury" resorts. But it's a good place to be, excellent location with a lovely resort team with some drawbacks that are good to be aware of before arriving: access is only by boat (P.1500 return each), no hot water in room, food options limited/no beer after 1st day, room did not lock as doors broken, island hopping was expensive……

“There were actually in the process of cleaning one of the pools but gave us access to another pool those actually more private and wave some fees for us excellent place great staff excellent food extremely clean nice rooms i'll definitely be going back”

“The day staff at the front desk especially the lady who helped me with my laundry was awesome. i failed to get her name.”

“The sink just just too low for me ..that's it.. but I understand why its so low”
