Rosebud 14 | Mountain Retreat, Hot Tub, Sleeps 12

Located near the Rising Bull access in Powder Ridge, Powder Ridge Cabin Rosebud 14 offers convenient access to Big Sky Resort when the White Otter Lift is running. The lift is anticipated to open in mid-December, though it may open earlier depending on snow conditions, and typically closes in mid-April before the resort closes for the season. Please note that the cabin is not ski-in/ski-out when White Otter Lift is not operating. With its rustic mountain charm, cozy furnishings, and incredible architecture, this five-bedroom cabin is a welcoming retreat for your next Big Sky getaway.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and granite countertops, along with a spacious living room featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, plenty of seating, and a Smart TV. The dining table seats eight, with room for three more at the breakfast bar. A second living room on the lower level offers additional space to relax, spread out, or enjoy a movie night. The home accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and features four full bathrooms, a large outdoor deck, and a private hot tub. You’ll also find convenient boot and ski storage, along with cubbies and hooks in the mudroom and garage to keep your gear organized.

Whether you’re here for a day on the slopes or a summer mountain escape, Big Sky offers plenty of ways to get outside and enjoy Montana’s incredible scenery. Spend your days skiing and snowboarding in winter or exploring the area’s outdoor adventures in warmer months, then return to the cabin to unwind and reconnect with family and friends. Ski Out:
Put skis on in front of cabin and go right around the garage to drop onto the groomed access. This access trail crosses Rising Bull and slopes down towards the White Otter chair lift. Load White Otter chair lift. Exit White Otter Lift and turn left. Cross to the right of White Wing Run and follow the sign on skier’s right for Big Sky Base Area. This is a hard right and requires keeping up your speed. (Green access)
Note: In periods of melting it may be necessary to take skis off to cross the road at Rising Bull

Ski In:
Follow Lower Morningstar to FIRST set of Powder Ridge signs on the left onto Bozeman Trail towards Rising Bull Access. Veer left on Rising Bull and follow the signs towards Rosebud Bridge. Turn right off of Rising Bull and stay straight to pop between the homes to Rosebud 14 (do not continue past the right turn towards Rosebud Bridge). Cross the road and your Big Sky Powder Ridge cabin is straight ahead on the left. (Green access)
