“Very rude staff and completly lack in customer service.. rooms are not sound proof and AC doesn't work .. highly humid as close to sea and staff is not supportive at all .. I need to leave the room as can't sleep and no further support offered by management. Don't fall in trap of fake ratings this place has .. some rooms are without windows.”

“Great location right in the City center, walkable distance to major sightseeing places. Immaculate apartment, great customer service, spacious rooms. Outstanding communication from the Manager Sevil - she always responded to our inquiries very quickly, provided support, made us feel valuable guests. When we go to Baku next time, Leyla Appointments will definitely be our number one choice.”

“Location was great. The room was clean and had everything needed. The view was incredible and the balcony was great for chilling.
Only slight complaint would be that the beds were very hard. But once again that is preference”
