“For a hotel this size not to have a continental breakfast was disappointing. There was a Star Bucks coffee shop close by and in the hotel (busy, not worth the wait) so that was a plus. The room was very comfortable and the hotel was clean. There was a fireplace outside at night with seating that was very nice. The people at the desk were helpful and friendly. Would have been 5 stars if not for the continental breakfast. You could get breakfast, but it was not included in the room fee, which……

“The room we were in had a large, visible red stain all over the carpet by the daybed that wasn’t cleaned. The daybed itself was covered in stains, and not cleaned at all. When I pulled it out I found garbage inside it. Next to the daybed itself the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or tended to in quite some time. In the bathroom, there was no soap whatsoever, not for the sink or shower. I had to get soap, towels, pool towels (because nobody was tending to that) from the front desk……
