They take guests' comfort seriously. They are great with special requests--like which floor, near elevator, etc--seriously. It's affordable, impeccably clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The location is close enough to the highway to be convenient, but not noisy. The room was very large but there were large stains on the carpet and the curtains were torn in several places. The room would be lovely if a little more attention made to small details such as the torn curtains and the floor stains. The tile in elevator was missing most of the mortar and several tiles were broken.
